Heating/BHPP

Replacement of the district heating connection station, using state-of-the-art control and guiding technology for the efficient provision of heating energy and hot potable water, free of legionella. The system temperatures are reduced to approx. 70/55°C (before that 110°C variable).

New, modern heating surfaces were installed, better equipped for the lower system temperatures, with thermostatic controls and a short-circuit required by the system. Integrating the new block heat power plant (BHPP) into the heat generation plant. The electricity produced by the BHPP serves to supply the building, especially the lighting of all communal areas and supply of the ventilation plant. The exhaust heat of the BHPP is also used for the production of hot potable water.
